Our technician are licensed, insured, and bonded for the complete installation of all the equipment that Meridian services. Our managers and technicians together have over 50 years experience in the telecommunications service industry. Meridian uses only our own technician for all service and installs, we do not use sub-contractors. Meridian’s technicians will install, and program the phone system as well as the voice/data wire, jacks, plates, 66 blocks, Cat-5e patch panels, and network switches to give the customer a turn-key system. Our technicians will also spend up to 40 hours on training you and your employees on the systems features and how to get the most out of your system, most of the time we can do all this without interrupting your day to day business. Telephone tech supports for programming changes are available for the life of your warranty at no charge. Meridian offers a Ten Year Limited Warranty on complete new Norstar/Meridian/Nortel Systems. |
